Advertising Compliance, Review & Filing
Our Advertising and Distribution Compliance Department reviews advertising and marketing materials created by insurance companies, marketing organizations, lead generating companies, and producers for compliance with state insurance laws and regulations. Our reviews identify issues that may be regulatory “red flags” such as certain images or targeting specific demographic groups.
Currin Compliance Services, Inc. (CCS) will review advertising materials and prepare filings with states where it is required, as well as with carriers when necessary.
Many of our reviews are primarily risk analysis and risk mitigation. We help you evaluate the risk posed by advertisements or specific elements of the sales process. CCS works in collaboration with you and when necessary, will suggest alternative language or images that may reduce regulatory risk.
